Guts!

in-between.

pain. I am the desire that
continues this game.

Everyone
has the same desire.Not just
to live, but to live well.It
is easy to get caught up in the little things in life.As we remind ourselves of the
idea. We are animals, on
Earth, spinning around a sun that is one of billions in our galaxy alone.
It is difficult for us to imagine this concept let alone understand
it. Yet, we seem to think we
know what reality is. It is
hard to judge reality if you cannot explain the basis of existence. How do you know if when you awoke
this morning you didn’t actually fall asleep? Either way they are both
dreams. Live your dreams
well.
“Create your dreams today and live in
them!”
If you are in debt and are trying to get out of debt but
continue to accumulate debt in the process, you hinder your goal (getting
out of debt) by an amount equivalent to the debt you continue to
accumulate.
Now lets look at the same thing on our
mind. If we can never start from scratch or start over in our own
minds (get out of dept-as in not being able to let go of past events that
trouble us) our current positive input or state of mind is offset by an
equivalent amount. Meaning, if I cannot say fuck it, laugh about it and
let it go. It will trouble me as long as I dwell on it. Your brain is no
different than a computer. It only knows what it knows. It must have input
to know more. If your past negative experiences trouble you today it means
they are using valuable resources that could be used for today's growth.
You control what input your brain receives. Mental discipline.
What you eat, you are. What you think, you are. Think of
yesterday and you will continue to relive that day. All thoughts are the
same, only negative ones trouble you. When you go on vacation you use that
memory sometimes for years over and over... In the same respect you need
to learn how to purge the bad memories. Everyone uses past events as a
means of recalling pleasurable thoughts. Learn to forget the bad
ones.
I will never get anywhere if I think about people who have
screwed me. Instead I purge and focus on new. Dream of tomorrow. Don't
dwell on the past.
Life is 10% what happens and 90% how I react to it.
It is like a baseball game. I am an outfielder. Now, I can
not just stand there looking around scratching my nuts. Even more
important I cannot be thinking about Last Years Game! I must be
thinking about the present and future events of the game. I must have my
glove on and be looking for the ball. I must pay attention. Lets say the
ball is a representation of opportunity. If your standing there thinking
about last years game and the ball hits you in the head, unless by sure
fate of luck your opportunity has passed you by and left a big lump on
your head that you will have to learn to deal with or it will affect you
for the rest of your life.
"Follow your heart. Listen
to your mind. Don't run through life as though you are
blind".
We always describe things as "Man made" or
"artificial". The reality is, we as humans are part of nature and
all things produced by us are produced by nature. You cannot
separate us from the rest of the ecosystem. We are apart of
it. We are natural, and anything we produce is a natural product
produced by a natural being.
"You cannot escape your nature.
Resistance is futile".
